COLD BREW BLEND | Roast Level: Medium/Dark (Full City)

We’re going for a low-acid benchmark with this Colombia/Guatemala blend. First of all, brewing coffee using the cold brew method already suppresses the acids in the coffee beans. Additionally, Antigua, Guatemala is known for producing low acid coffees. While Colombia is not generally known for producing low acid coffee beans, we chose this one to blend because it is a personal favorite that is easy on the stomach. Plus, it complements the already rich chocolate and lemony notes of the Antigua beans and gives the coffee a heavier body, which is nice when you drink coffee over ice.
